Weekend Wear

DSCN8116 DSCN8119

the brands… dress: Destination Maternity. shoes: Rocket Dog. pocket book: Jessica Simpson.

I purchased this dress in hopes I would be able to wear it to work, but alas the troubles with online shopping – once I had the dress on, it was much shorter than what it looked to be in the advertisement and was certainly not work wear appropriate for my office setting.  The good news?  I still really like the dress, so am just utilizing it on the non-work days.  Works beautifully!

Shame you can't wear it for work, but it is a pretty weekend dress! It's so cute with the little bow belt :)

It looks great on you and your legs look a mile long! It could be worn to work as a long tunic, maybe!

Kasmira said...

Ha! Isn't it suspicious how what looks like a dress on a 5'9'' model turns out to be a tunic?! Tricky!

OK, when I was pregnant I had a similar empire-waist shirt-dress (bought in a Medium to accommodate my belly) and wore it exactly like this, many times. Great minds think alike. =)

The shoes and clutch are beautiful and a perfect pair together. =)

@Kasmira- I know! How does that happen?!?
