Home Sweet Home

#

It has been a very busy last couple of weeks, but wonderfully worth all the stress and wait to finally be home sweet home.

True, we still have some final decorating and updating to complete, but for the most part we are already feeling fairly settled.

I ended up buying quite a bit of the furniture in between the time of our accepted offer and our move in date, which required a good imagination of how it was all going to come together.  Thank goodness it all worked out beautifully!  I figure it may have been mainly due to my fashion passion since interior design, to me, is fashion too – it’s just fashion for the home instead of for a person!

I wondered where you had been. Congrats once again on your home - it is beautiful inside out. You did a great job decorating: modern, minimalistic yet with some oriental & historic-inspired pieces in it. Totally my style too.

Love all the objects on the second photo, especially the tall Giraffe, is it wood? Also the light gray with the lime yellow look great for that one room. Is that the living room or is the one with the fireplace? I like your tree and little pops of Christmas throughout your house.

But I ESPECIALLY LOVE THE CLOSET, love love all the shoe shelves. WOW!!

I agree: Interior Design is Fashion for the House, Office, Workplace, Shop, etc.

Everything about your new home looks lovely, but that closet is beyond fantastic! I'm about to move from my parents' house to a small apartment so I've been madly throwing things out so I can fit them into the small wardrobe I'll have to share with my boyfriend... what I wouldn't give to be in your (150 pairs of) shoes!
