I usually don’t recommend trying to match shoes with an outfit – one reason is that a contrasting shoe brings additional interest / eye-catching effect to a look, and secondly, because it is utterly impossible to perfectly match 2 colors. Well, after not taking my own advice – here I am wearing… almost matching shoes. LOL

The photo turned it well, it looks like the shoes do match! They must have been very similar in shade :)
Ohh I am not sure I agree on your advise. I do love contrasting shoes but even if you wear shoes to match one thing you are wearing (in this case your blouse) or even an entire dress, that is still OK. In your case your top is Royal Blue while your shoes are more Teal but yeah overall they match.
This fall color looks beautiful on you. I think your shoes compliment the outfit more than being matchy-matchy.
