Geoffrey Zakarian’s Bolognese

I tried this recipe after watching “The Best Thing I Ever Made” – a show on the Food Network that features top chefs’ favorite foods and recipes.  Geoffrey Zakarian’s Bolognese looked amazing.  Turns out – it tasted pretty amazing too!

The recipe focused on quality meat, fresh herbs, strong cheese, and time for the flavors to thoroughly develop.  A little garlic bread and Caesar side salad make the perfect accompaniments. It was delish.

I am planning on making this and the recipe calls for 2 lbs of pasta and says it is only 4 servings. Did you follow the entire recipe exactly? How much did it make?
