I love all varieties of food, but I’m feeling particularly like shepherd’s pie or bangers and mash today in my kilt-like skirt. I have some Irish in my genes and have heard stories that the authentic way to wear a kilt is to go nude underneath, however, my skirt is wool (hello itchy!) and the weather is a very chilly 30 degrees (brrr!), so I’m foregoing the authentic and sticking with the practical today.

Best place I had bangers in mash was in one of the oldest pubs in Dublin. It is actually really yum yum! I agree that it is best to wear underwear with wool...butt would not look pretty after a day of sitting on that itchy stuff. lol
