Monday Skirt Roundup

What I wanted to wear to work on Monday = Express pinstripe top w/ my new skirt find from the Cincinnati swap!

What I actually wore = same top w/ more conservative skirt and heels.

Although I love to show off some personal flair everyday, I just couldn’t make the shorter swap skirt work-appropriate.  That said – it will be a great addition to my weekend attire.  I think my Saturday outfit is ready to go!

I think your swap skirt is awesome - why would anyone give that beauty up?

And I also like your work skirt too - actually I think I have it, is it J. Crew?

The skirt looks much better on you than it did on me! It ended up sitting right under my boobs because of my short torso....not a good look!

Good for you. I see so many fashion blogs that I think "really?? You wore that to work in a corporate environment?" It doesn't matter if you work with 5 or 50 people, if it looks unprofessional, there you go. (However the orange skirt does look darling on you!) I'm just happy to see a pretty young girl with enough sense to always know what is appropriate for the office! You look adorable!

I'm so glad you stopped by my blog because now I've discovered yours. I love it. The orange skirt is fab, super classy and vintagey all in one. Orange is my favorite color!!! xoxo

My khaki skirt is actually Moda Int'l.

Beautiful Outfits, both of them. The flary skirts are simple yet pretty and they work with that more conservative button-down top. Especially since the skirts are similar in style. Love the shoes with the outfits. You can swap the two pairs of shoes with the 2 different skirts and they would still work. ;-) FUN!!!
