Flower Cardigan: Forever XXI. Brown Tank: Macy’s. Rose Pattern Skirt: Forever XXI. Blue Tights: Macy’s. Brown “Riding” Boots: Gianni Bini (Dillards). Necklace: I have no idea…
This combo was a bit different for me – I typically wouldn’t do 2 bold patterns together, but I ended up LOVING it! It pays to try new things! Since I can’t dress white as boldly during the week, I’ve decided to start trying something a bit more outside my box on the weekends.
I’m a big fan of mixing black and brown, so that was a natural choice for me – and since blue is one of my fave colors, that ended up being a great accent!
In all I am wearing 7 colors:
- black (skirt)
- brown (tank & boots)
- white (skirt)
- blue (tights & cardigan)
- cream (cardigan)
- green (cardigan & necklace)
- silver (necklace)
It was such a perfect Fall day today. If all of Fall was like this, I might just give up my “summer-girl” ways.

Love this outfit!!! I also follow Kasmira's blog and it reminds of something she would put together :)
Fabulous pattern mixing. Everyone is bold enough to try this, except me!! I need to hop on the bandwagon and start mixing things up.
You look wonderful!
Great outfit! I love the mix of patterns and the blue with the mix of neutrals.

Very nice!
That is a very cool outift, and kudos for daring to mix patterns. I am never sure how to do it, but it looks very funky and maybe I should be braver!
I love this! Wonderful pattern mixing, and the cardigan is adorable.
Love this!! I would never in a million years think those patterns went together, but you have proven me wrong- it is such a lovely combination.

Thank you so much for stopping by La Rue Neuve and I'm so glad you like it. I actually do wear most of those outfits to work. I am really lucky that my workplace is pretty open minded. And it's become kind of a work place guessing game: "What is Christen wearing today?" :)
Love this outfit. The combination of prints is executed flawlessly!
At first I didn't like this look, too missmatched and a lot of patterns and colors. But then I looked again and Liked it.
