Preparing for Fall

Navy Tie Top: Forever 21. Vest: Antonio Melan. Skirt: Moda Int'l. Tights: Vera Wang. Oxford Booties: Marc Fisher.

I'm actually am not feeling well at all this morning. I have a super sore throat and a sinus headache the size of Texas...

In spite of it all, I pulled together this outfit - and for the first time this season, I found myself wanting to wear tights and closed toe shoes. I am a die hard Summer / Spring lovin girl, and I even enjoy Fall except for the fact that Fall means Winter is looming close by...

Though I am not and will not ever be ready for cold Winter weather, I may just continue to enjoy pulling out some tights for the upcoming Fall season. What's your favorite season?

I love this outfit. The blue is such a pretty color, and I really like all the neutrals blended together. Great booties and vest and tights too.

Such a cute outfit. It's so easy to give up on trying to look cute when you feel crappy so you are way ahead of the game in this. I love those tights. Hope you feel better soon! Being sick is no fun

This is so well put together. The navy shirt is beautiful.
Oh, how I wish I could wear tights is this hot weather where we only have 2 seasons a year: rainy or hot.

I LOVE this outfit - every bit of it. I want to copy this.

I love autumn - not so cold that I have to fully bundle up, cool enough to wear tights and jackets.
