A Little Something From Everywhere

Navy Top: Moda Int'l (Victoria Secret). Skirt: George (Walmart).

The shoes and hat are vintage -- the shoes given to me by a lovely older woman, the hat found last year in a Michigan vintage shop.

Belt found at a Cincinnati thrift store, and the necklace from a discount jewelry store in NYC.

LOVE the outfit! I love the cardigan--what a perfect business-wear outfit without a jacket. Really enjoyed it :)

I LOVE this!!
And I know you like Summer, but I'm excited to see what you'll be wearing now that the weather is changing! I can only hope Fall lasts a good while before it gets too cold.

I used to have that same skirt and I never could get it to sit correctly on my body. It's so nice to see it achieve it's full potential on you in a way that it never could when I wore it. I love everything about this outfit, esp the vintage shoes.

I never shop at Walmart for clothing...always thought their clothes were cheaply made and ill fitting...but this skirt is amazing! It's definitely making me think twice about Walmart. Great find and it looks fabulous on you! Next time I go, I'll keep an eye out on the clothing racks for a good deal :)

Where do you go thrifting in Cincy? I need some good places to check out.

I like how sassy you look in your first photo. Walmart makes me think of peopleofwalmart.com.=) I feel bad looking at it sometimes..and others I just die laughing.

is that skirt available at walmart right now? I haven't seen it!

Londyn said...

Andie - no, the skirt is at least 1 - 2 years old at this point, but I think they do have some decent dresses there now. Also check online!

No wonder this look has gotten a ton of comments & compliments - very well deserved. You have done mixing & matching to perfection. I particularly love the accessories: the fun hat, the statement necklace, the fun golden belt and those amazing, perfectly-kept brown, bow-pumps. ;-) Where in Michigan did you purchase the hat?

P.S. Why don't you give style lessons, Londyn dear? =D
