Bright Blues Again

Blue Print Ruffle Blouse: George. Black Pleat Skirt: Grace Elements. Shoes: Nicole Miller. Bag: DSW. Jewelry: OH Renaissance Festival.

This is one of my bargain outfits for certain! The top was $12 from Walmart, the skirt was $15 from a New York shop, and the bag was free when I made a shoe purchase from DSW. The shoes were a bit more, but not too much more since I got them from DSW which always has bargains.

You look so pretty in this color! You should wear it more often.

I also like your hair pulled back so we can see your face. :)

WOW You Look like A MILLION BUCKS in a very small budget! Looooooove both the skirt and the blouse. The blouse is amazing and it looks great quality too, very expensive. It looks like smth from Nordstrom, INC, bebe, The Limited, WHBM or Ann Taylor, definitely NOT from Wal-Mart. LOL The pointy blue pumps are cute & fun, too.

You are such a pretty and girly girl. This outfit definitely shows it.
