Berry Blazer

Colorful Print Blazer: Michael Kors. White Ruffle Shirt: INC. Black Trouser Jeans: Express. Pumps: Nine West. Belt: gifted.

Friday at work - always a bit more casual, however, I had a pretty big presentation, so still wanted to keep it as professional as possible (and, as always, with a bit of flair!). I also had a fellow blogger challenge me to wear a jacket 5 different ways - so this is my second way of recently wearing this jacket -- I'll recap when I get to 5!

LOVE the black trouser jeans! Are those a recent purchase?

Question about your belt-over-shirt styles: Doesn't the belt twist around or your shirt poof out over the belt? That's what happens to me and it drives me nuts!

Anon -- Thanks! Nope, I've had them a while, just don't always wear them a ton.

My thought is that you may want to try a smaller size in your tops and belts...?

I don't typically have issues with the belt twisting or my top poofing b/c they are well fitted to my body, so aren't loose enough overall to shift too much throughout the day.

Don't get me wrong - I'm not suggesting spandex tight, but just fitted enough.

Also, I love stretchy or elastic type belts (like the one I am wearing in this post) b/c they never twist due to the fabric, they just stay right in the place you put them!

Love the jacket- it's a great way to do a bold print without it overtaking you.

Love the mix of a floral blazer with metallic animal print heels!

I like both ways you've worn this Michael Kors blazer, recently. I guess these Python Nine West Pumps are the go-to-shoes when it comes to this blazer. =) And once again, another 10 when it comes to the belted look.
